It is designed to support metabolism and manage physiological hunger, including symptoms of hunger pangs, foggy thinking, lightheadedness, growling in the stomach, fatigue, or irritability.

Dosage:  3 capsules daily or as directed by your coach.  Take this product with at least 8 fluid ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid.
